Far enough that findings can actually be corrected and the correction can be evidenced — which for documentation and training findings means months, not weeks, because the evidence needs a history.

What is a virtual facility walk-through?

A guided remote inspection of your physical space against state, federal and ADA accessibility requirements. It catches the environmental findings — access, signage, storage, infection control — that are easy to fix and embarrassing to be cited for.

Do you attend the actual survey?

We can. Whether that helps depends on the survey type and your team’s experience. For an initial certification survey with a new administrator, it usually does.
