Standard we aim for

This site targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That is the same standard the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has adopted for entities covered by Section 504, and the standard the Department of Justice adopted under ADA Title II.

What we have done

Text and background colors on this site were checked to meet or exceed a 4.5:1 contrast ratio for body text. Every page uses a single top-level heading and an ordered heading structure. Interactive controls are reachable and operable by keyboard with a visible focus indicator, a skip-to-content link is provided, and form fields carry programmatic labels.
