Beverly Sepulveda, BSN, RN, MBA

SynerImages started 24 years ago through the work of chief principal and founder, Beverly Sepulveda. After obtaining her BS in nursing, she served in the healthcare industry as a licensed ER and ICU hospital nurse for five years before obtaining her MBA and joining the managed care arena in running one of the first managed care clinical model facilities in Texas. From there, Beverly was one of the founding members of the first major medical management company in the nation, NAMM, as its Director of Provider Contracting. Following this, she became the CEO of a major HMO in Houston, Texas in the 1990s.
Our commitment to our clients stems from this double-sided experience from provider and payer perspectives of managed care. When not serving her clients to her fullest, she is taking care of her 5 grandchildren, running, or watching scary movies.
Alfred Sepulveda, PhD

Dr. Sepulveda has served the healthcare IT industries for 20 years as a software architect, speaker, researcher, and implementer for electronic health records and healthcare business services. Prior to this, Dr. Sepulveda served as a geophysicist in the energy industry for 22 years. He served as an adjunct faculty member in mathematics for Lone Star Community College, UT Austin and UT San Antonio. Additionally, Dr. Sepulveda is a published author in various journals related to healthcare finance and information, quantum and traditional probability and statistics, analytics, and virtual reality.
Dr. Sepulveda is the founder, principal developer, and CEO of QDR Labs- an AI, VR, and analytics development firm. He also authors the MyTherapyRehab news blog for the outpatient rehab and home health therapy industries in Texas. When not researching healthcare finance, blockchain technologies, and biomedical engineering, Alfred channels his inner child with his 5 grandchildren, runs, kayaks, practices martial arts and meditation, composes music, and authors articles in science and technical journals.
Adrian Rodrigue, MA, BCBA, LBA

Adrian Rodrigue is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Since 2007, she’s worked with children on the autism spectrum in various environments. However, her expertise is clinic-based early intervention services. She takes pride in staff training, curriculum and policy development, and teaching/training play and social skills to early learners. She believes that every child is capable of breaking boundaries given the right tools and every therapist is capable of working with any child given the right tools. When not in direct therapy or consulting, Adrian is disseminating information about behavior analysis from a parenting perspective through her platform, The Behavior Momma or creating content for professionals through Thrive Educational Services, LLC. Adrian celebrates her time with her family (6 yo, 5 yo, 2 yo) and husband of 9 years by going on bike rides, playing outdoor games, CrossFit training and coaching, and camping.
